We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern to join our Manufacturing Engineering team as an Industrial Engineering Intern and work on setting standards and work processes. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to work independently and collaboratively to ensure our systems are functioning efficiently.  

Role/Responsibilities: 

• Develop work instructions for the Body-In-White and Stamping areas 

• Document the system integration process, including process flow, multidirectional product flow, and time studies 

• General Assembly Capacity Planning, Line Balancing, and Continuous Improvement projects 

• Assist with troubleshooting system issues and identifying solutions 

• Communicate regularly with senior engineers and other team members to provide progress updates and receive feedback 

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to team projects as needed 

 Preferred Qualifications: 

• Field(s) of study: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field 

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD Degree program at an accredited university.  

• Proof of enrollment in current or into next program (MS, PhD)  

• Experience with SQL, Tableau, and AutoCAD 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment 

 Other: 

• Location: This position is in Casa Grande, Arizona. You must be prepared to start onsite for your first day of employment. 

• Availability: Full-time is preferred 

• Anticipated Hours: 7:30am – 4:30pm 

• Work Environment: Office, Factory Floor

• Compensation: Student compensation is based on location and current degree level, non-negotiable.

We are looking for a talented and motivated intern to join our team developing physical layer (PHY*) software for our 4G and 5G products. What you'll do: You will be involved in the development, optimization, integration, and validation of real-time PHY software  and wireless algorithms on the latest Intel / AMD / ARM CPUs. Integrate and test physical layer features on servers within lab and AWS cloud environments. Create and improve test and debug tools that make up part of our software release packages. Use mobile phones (Android), emulators and other RF equipment.
