Product Portfolio Manager Co-Op
Description
The Product Portfolio Manager Co-op will assist the product management team to support the lifecycle management of control valve products—from implementation through obsolescence—while contributing to product management and marketing strategies that drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You will work globally with sales, world area marketing, and engineering to manage the lifecycle of the current products, maintain the product roadmap, define and launch product modifications, and implement sales enablement strategies to increase market share and expand into new markets. This is a full-time on-site co-op position that runs from May-December 2026.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Support the lifecycle of control valve products, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives

Maintain a knowledge base of competitive products on the market

Support product enhancements to extend product lifecycle

Assist in analyzing business trends and propose strategies to improve profitability, supply chain resiliency, and lead times

Act as a product spokesperson and develop marketing collateral to increase product awareness

Provide training for Sales, Service, and Education Services teams and support coursework development

For This Role, You Will Need:

Pursuing a bachelor's or graduate degree in engineering or marketing

Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences

Ability to work collaboratively across teams and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering, OR pursuing an MBA with an engineering background

Experience and/or coursework related to process engineering, sales, or marketing

Familiarity with control valve products or similar technical applications

Demonstrated ability to create technical documentation and marketing materials

Sales, finance, and/or other business experience

Experience with product management
