The Global Sales Operations team at Motorola Solutions is dedicated to maximizing the effectiveness of our global sales force. We empower our sellers and sales leaders with the tools and insights they need. As an intern on our team you will gain valuable experience in the dynamic world of sales operations. You will work closely with the Customer Data Management team, providing you with a unique opportunity to understand the sales cycle, apply analytic skills and contribute to strategic programs.

What You'll Do:

In this role, you'll be a part of the Global Customer Data Management Team under the Global Sales Enablement & Effectiveness organization. In Customer Data Management, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our data is accurate, complete, and reliable. You will be collaborating with business stakeholders, data stewards, and IT to drive data quality, implement tools and processes, and champion data governance best practices.

Note: Candidate must be in the Chicago office 3 days per week.

Basic Requirements

  • High School Diploma is required

  • Must be pursuing a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree with a graduation date of December 2026 or later

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
