What We're Looking For
-
Currently pursuing a master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or other related fields with an anticipated graduation date between Winter 2026 and Spring 2027. A focus in high-speed SERDES design is preferred.

Proficiency in lab equipment (oscilloscopes, VNAs, etc.) and signal integrity concepts like jitter, S-Parameter and eye diagram analysis, PAM-4 signaling, and SERDES compliance testing

Experience in automation using Python to streamline validation processes. C, C++, VBA, Matlab

Experience with data visualization tools such as JMP, R, Matlab, Excel, pandas

Solid fundamentals of analog & digital circuits and data communication systems. Strong analytical skills to debug, root-cause issues, and propose innovative solutions in a dynamic environment.

Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively across global, multi-disciplinary teams
