Product Manager Project Intern - Tiktok LIVE-Ecosystem Governance - 2026 Start

The LIVE Ecosystem Governance team plays a crucial role in ensuring platform integrity by designing product strategies, moderation mechanisms, and governance solutions to support sustainable growth. As a Product Manager, you will help develop governance tools, optimize ecosystem strategies, and drive cross-functional collaboration to enhance livestreaming experiences.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities:

• Product Development & Optimization: Assist in designing and improving LIVE ecosystem governance tools and strategies to enhance content quality and platform safety. Develop user education strategies to promote positive engagement and prevent violations in the livestreaming community.

• Ecosystem Analysis & Insights: Analyze livestreaming trends, governance challenges, and user behavior to identify risks and improvement opportunities. Leverage data-driven insights to refine governance strategies and optimize moderation processes.

• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, operations, Algo, and Data teams to enhance governance efficiency and drive product iterations. Support internal prioritization and resource allocation to ensure smooth execution of governance initiatives.

• Feature Rollout & Stakeholder Communication: Assist in the launch of new governance features and policies, ensuring clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders. Monitor and respond to user feedback, continuously refining governance tools to improve livestreaming safety and user experience.
